Finally I did some proper conceptual design based on real information. I looked for festivals and did my own version of the poster. I wanted to just to a type poster, but then it felt approapiate to add some texture. It was a necessary exercise and I learnt a lot.

Following my picture+text style, I wanted to go a bit further and combine two pictures, one with a subject and the other as a texture. It’s been just a short exploration but I like this concept. The main element is the picture, which means that if that’s good, then the design should just follow. The copy is based on the real band «Racome», which I discovered only a few months ago. I highly recommend them.

Same theme as the previous one. I wanted to do «real» text, so on one side I’m portraying the lyrics of a song and in the other one is just a quote I found on the internet and present it as a magazine cover.

The past two weeks I didn’t practise as much as I would’ve liked, but I’m finding a lot of ideas on how to improve and make this progress the best project it can be.
